Riverside Rummage Sale: Saturday May 18
On Saturday, May 18th, 9 to 3, Riverside University High School Foundation will hold the seventh annual Rummage Sale and Flea Market in the gym at 1615 East Locust. From the City: The 2013 Project Clean & Green program will run from April 15 through June 4, 2013. Now is the perfect time to get rid of unwanted furniture, mattresses, household items, up to 5 tires, and extra recyclables for free when you place them at your usual garbage collection point – either the curb or alley line – on your regular collection
East Library Meeting: April 10
All neighbors are welcome to attend the upcoming meeting to discuss and provide feedback on design issues for the new East Library and get updates on the temporary East Library facility. UWM Friends Booksale: April 9 and 10
The Friends of the UWM Golda Meir Library will hold their spring used book sale April 9-10, 2013. Over 6,000 books in a wide variety of genres — including contemporary fiction, foreign languages, history, biography, and poetry — will be offered.
