Milwaukee experienced a spike in violent crimes in 2015, with 103 homicides up from 86 in 2014. What’s causing this rise in numbers, and what can be done to stop it? Milwaukee Police Chief Edward Flynn discusses these and other issues facing the state’s largest city.
