The City of Milwaukee will host a one-day only, first-come, first-served compost bin and rain barrel sale on Saturday, June 7, 2014 from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Washington Park parking lot, North 40th & West Galena St. The event will take place rain or shine, and IS NOT restricted to City of Milwaukee residents. The 2014 Milwaukee Public Library Super Reader program began Monday, May 19. Children ages 0-12 can read to earn coupons for a free Cousins mini-sub, Pizza Hut personal pizza, and free or reduced admissions to fun places around town. Riverside HS Scholarship Rummage Sale – Sat. May 17th
Riverside University High School Alumni (RUHS) are holding their Annual Rummage Sale and Flea Market on Saturday, May 17thfrom 9-3 pm in the RUHS gym. All the proceeds from this sale go towards providing scholarships to deserving Riverside HS Seniors through the Riverside HS Foundation.
