New UWM Chemistry Building Seeking Height Variance at BOZA Meeting Tomorrow
UWM is designing a new chemistry building that will be constructed on Kenwood Boulevard between the existing Physics Building and the Lubar Entrepreneur Center. As part of the permitting process, UWM is seeking a height variance at Thursday’s Board of Zoning Appeals meeting. More details are available here. REMINDER: City’s Project Clean & Green is this week!
PROJECT CLEAN & GREEN is a city-wide program designed to foster neighborhood pride and ownership through coordinated clean-up. Project Clean & Green on the East Side starts this week May 17-May 21. On your normal garbage day, City collection crews will collect up to six (6) cubic yards per dwelling unit of unwanted furniture, mattresses, or household items and garden/yard debris in paper yard waste bags.
