2013 G.E. Community Service Day – A Huge Success!
Riverside University HS – Beautified for the New School Year
The 2013 G.E. Community Service day on Wednesday, August 21st at Riverside University High School saw the volunteering efforts of over 300 G.E. employees as well as students, parents and community members. The walls, ceilings and radiators were painted; the school grounds were cleaned and upgraded; furniture was moved; and welcoming inspiration wards and quotes from famous individuals were painted onto the walls. Riverside has been readied to welcome the students for the 2013-14 school year. Well-deserved kudos and thanks are due to the hardworking volunteers who have made our community school a better place.
