Join Us for Our August 2024 Membership Dinner and Meeting!

Day:  Thursday, August 22, 2024
Time:  6:15 p.m. Dinner; 7:00 p.m. Meeting
Place: Plymouth Church, 2717 E. Hampshire Street

This month, we will be serving a home cooked Italian dinner, including rigatoni and meatballs, salad and Sciortino’s Italian bread.

Please RSVP to attend dinner here no later than Tuesday, August 20 to allow us to plan the meal.

Dinner starts at 6:15 p.m., so come early to meet your neighbors and dine before the 7:00 p.m. meeting.
Feel free to bring a dessert to share.

Downer Avenue Business Improvement District Executive Director Janet Henning

Janet Henning, Executive Director of the Downer Avenue BID, will update us on issues, history, history, and new developments within the Downer business district and surrounding area.

ALSO: Crime and Safety Discussion with Milwaukee Police Department Representatives and Alderman Brostoff Aide Benjamin Jackson

Criminal activity affecting Murray Hill and the East Side has seen an increase in the last month. Benjamin Jackson from Alderman Brostoff’s office and our Community Liaison Officer, Fidah Mustafa, from the Milwaukee Police Department – District One, will be available to provide updates on recent reports and discuss your concerns before the program begins. Arrive early.
