Update on Robbery/Sexual Assault Suspects
August 6, 2013 Notice from MPD District 1:
Regarding the east side robberies/ sex assaults we have developed several suspects, some of whom are in custody on other offences while awating the results of fornsic/physical evidence. The investigation is fluid and disseminating too much information regarding may compromise the integrity of the investigation. Forensic results will be in later this week and will obviously impact the status of these cases. Extra patrols (both uniformed and undercover) are in place nightly in the areas. Unfortunately patience is required in these matters.

These incidents along with previous others in past weeks keep coming up with consistent descriptions: 2 black males, mid-twenties, dark pants w/ dark hoodies, dreads or braids, long barrel revolver, dark full sized van, or tan/gray older four door, between 10pm-1am, walking streets or hiding in wait w/ vehicle close by. Please disseminate.

An armed robbery and sexual assault took place at about 10:15 p.m. on Sunday, July 28, 2013, in the 2900 block of North Prospect Avenue. The victim is not affiliated with UWM. This notification is being sent due to the incidents proximity to the UWM campus. More details are online at: http://www4.uwm.edu/police/
