Attention landlords – mark your calendar for this spring’s Landlord Think Small event.

This spring’s discussion is scheduled for Monday, March 16 at 4:30 p.m. and will feature Milwaukee attorney Tristan Pettit. Pettit will lead a presentation on his outline for tenant screening and applications as well as discussion about fair housing guidelines.

Pettit is a shareholder with the Milwaukee law firm of Petrie & Stocking S.C., which has been in existence for over 115 years assisting individuals, families and businesses throughout the state. He focuses his practice in the area of general civil and business litigation with an emphasis on landlord-tenant law.
