Public Meeting Invite from Ald. Kovac

Dear District 3 Neighbor,

New operators have applied for a Class B Tavern License for Upper East Bar, proposed to be located in the currently vacant and former Baccanera/The Eastsider location at 1732 E. North Avenue.

I will be hosting a virtual meeting for the neighbors to meet the applicants, hear their plan of operation for the space, and raise any questions or concerns.
