Tree Trimming Starting Next Week | Murray Hill Neighborhood Association

Dear neighbors,

City of Milwaukee Forestry crews will be pruning trees starting next Tuesday, July 5^th in an area that’s within the boundaries of the following streets:

West to East boundaries: N. Oakland Ave. to N. Downer Ave.
North to South boundaries: E. Kenwood Blvd. to E. Park Pl.

This crew will be very large and asks for your cooperation with the ‘NO PARKING’ signs that will be posted on trees. Please pay close attention to the days listed on the signs and where they are, since both sides of a given street will need them to complete the work. Locating alternative parking while they complete their work on the given days allows the crew to keep disruptions to a minimum and shorten the time needed to work on a given street. Many of these signs will be gone within the day they are working there, but some may need to be up for a few days because of the larger trees on the block requiring more time to complete.

Your cooperation is greatly appreciated and will keep your vehicle from being ticketed and towed. If you have any questions or concerns, please call my office at 286-3447.
