Solar Group Buy Update
Many MHNA members participated in last year’s group buy program. If you are interested, here’s information about the program this year sent to us by Peter Murphy at the Midwest Renewable Energy Association (MREA).
The City of Milwaukee launched the first iteration of the program back in 2013 and due to our success since then, we are now expanding to reach the entire city!
The program lowers the cost of solar through the power of volume purchasing. Home and business owners who participate will see lower costs to go solar than if they purchased solar on their own. And the more people who participate, the lower the cost gets for everyone.
The reason I’m emailing you is because we are hosting a series of free information sessions around the City of Milwaukee through July. Would you be willing to share this information with your Neighborhood Association to help us spread the word about this program?
