Riverside Rummage Sale: Saturday May 18

On Saturday, May 18th, 9 to 3, Riverside University High School Foundation will hold the seventh annual Rummage Sale and Flea Market in the gym at 1615 East Locust.

The foundation is made up of alumna and retirees from Riverside whose sole purpose is to fund scholarships and special programs for the students and staff of the school.

The annual rummage sale is the largest fund raiser for the scholarship fund awarding scholarships to deserving seniors each year.

Tax deductible donations are needed for the sale. Accepted items include clothing, household items, CD’s, DVDs, books, sporting goods, jewelry, electronic and toys etc.

Donations can be dropped off prior to the sale on Thursday evening, May 16, 4 to 7, and during the day on Friday, May 17, 9 to 4, in the Riverside gym. Flea market vendors this year include handicrafts, collectibles, natural products, hair products and rummage.
