The MHNA Board is requesting feedback from the membership about recent experiences with the Report-It/Record-It program. If you can take a few minutes to respond to this request it would be most helpful to us.
Have you called the Report-It/Record-It phone number? If so, can you briefly describe what your experience was like? When did you make the call (or calls?)
If you have ever thought about calling it but decided not to, can you tell us what led you to not call?
