Public Meeting for New Liquor License on Oakland Avenue

Dear Neighbor:

An operator has applied for a Food Dealer-Restaurant License and a Beer & Wine License for Good Land Wing Co., proposed to be located in the old Cold Stone Creamerylocation at 2907 N. Oakland Ave. Their application indicates that they are proposing to be open until 10 p.m. through the week and until 2 a.m. on Friday and Saturday with an estimated food percentage of sales equaling 80% of their total sales.

I am hosting a meeting next week for the neighbors to meet the applicant, hear their plan of operation for the space, and raise any questions or concerns.
