MHNA members are comprised of residents of the area, including property owners, tenants and students renting property off-campus in this area, and owners of homes and businesses within the boundaries of the neighborhood:
- Hartford Avenue to the North
- Bradford Avenue to the South
- Downer Avenue to the East
- Oakland Avenue to the West
