Join Us for Our February 2025 Membership Dinner and Meeting!
Day: Thursday, February 27, 2025
Time: 6:15 p.m. Dinner; 7:00 p.m. Meeting
Place: Plymouth Church, 2717 E. Hampshire Street
This month, we will be serving a home cooked dinner featuring a taco bar, beans and rice.
Dinner starts at 6:15 p.m., so come early to meet your neighbors and dine before the 7:00 p.m. meeting. Feel free to bring a dessert to share.
Please RSVP to attend dinner here no later than Tuesday, February 25 to allow us to plan the meal.
Our Guest Speaker This Month:
Cheryl Nenn, a Riverkeeper at Milwaukee Riverkeeper
Cheryl will speak about water quality issues and project-based work and advocacy to protect our rivers and Lake Michigan, including a special overview of work currently going on in and around the rivers.
Learn how citizens can become involved in this important work to help improve the quality of the water in our neighborhood and throughout the three watersheds in our region.
About Milwaukee Riverkeeper
Milwaukee Riverkeeper is a science-based advocacy organization working for swimmable, fishable rivers and healthy waterways people from all walks of life can enjoy throughout the Milwaukee River Basin.
Its mission is to protect, improve and advocate for water quality, riparian wildlife habitat, and sound land management in the Milwaukee, Menomonee, and Kinnickinnic River Watersheds. Its work includes:

Milwaukee Police Department Crime and Safety Report
Please Note: Our Milwaukee Police Department Community Liaison Officers will not be attending our February meeting. MPD will be available in March to provide a report on recent crime and safety issues affecting our community and answer your questions.
