Meeting about Liquor License for Blaze Pizza at Oakland and Locust

Dear Neighbor:

Operators have applied for a Food Dealer-Restaurant License, Class B Fermented Malt Beverage & Class C Wine Retailer license for Blaze Pizza, proposed to be located in the old Five Guys location at 2901 N. Oakland Ave. Their application indicates that they are proposing to be open until 10 p.m.during the week and midnight on the weekends with beer and wine sales making up 1% of their total sales.

I am hosting a meeting for the neighbors to meet the applicant, hear their plan of operation for the space, and raise any questions or concerns.
