Medical College Type 2 Diabetes Study

This information comes to us from the Medical College of Wisconsin.  They are seeking to reach residents across the City of Milwaukee.

The Medical College of Wisconsin Center for Advancing Population Science is completing a study for people living with type 2 diabetes. The purpose of the study is to determine if providing nurse education plus financial incentives will improve health outcomes for those living with type 2 diabetes. Participants must be at least 21 years old, have been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, self-identify as Hispanic, African American, or White, and be willing to participate for the length of the study.
