Lake Park Friends – Whooping Crane Presentation

Lake Park Friends is welcoming the public to the free presentation on “Wisconsin Whooping Crane Re-Introduction” on Sunday April 7, 1:00 pm in the Lake Park Pavilion, Marcia Coles Community Room. Joan Garland, the International Crane Foundation Outreach Coordinator, will talk about the exciting restoration program currently underway in Wisconsin. The elegant and endangered whooping crane, once almost extinct, is on the verge of an extraordinary comeback.
