From MPD District 1 – Sexual Assult

The  investigation continues of a sexual assualt that occurred approx. 10:30PM  Mon. evening 8/18 in the gangway of 3070 N. Oakland av.  A 19 yos W/F was robbed and sexaully assaulted  ( fondled ) by a B/M , late 20’s , 5″10,  170lbs, wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt. He was armed with a chrome pistol and fled northbound with the victim’s   I-phone-5 and debit/credit cards. We wish to spread as much awareness as possible of this incident and the suspect description. The cards were used and the phone is traceable, so the Detective Bureau’s and Sesitive crime Div.’s  leads are solid.
