Attached subject Darnell Kirksey B/M 12/06/59 is back in eastside neighborhoods hustling door to door to do yardwork. I spoke to him today [March 11] on 2800 block of N. Frederick raking a yard for a resident. He has substantial record with us and his probation for latest (2013) burglary and subsequent geographical restriction from the eastside must be expired because they did not show upon wanted check. This is his MO to case the neighborhood.
