Message from Alderman Kovac…

Dear Neighbor:

New operators have applied for a Class B Tavern license for Baccanera, proposed to be located in the current “Eastsider” location at 1732 E. North Ave. The current owner would be selling the business to the new operators who would be taking over the lease. They are planning on doing some renovations to the interior and changing the establishment’s current plan of operation.

I am hosting a meeting this week for the neighbors to meet the applicant, hear their plan of operation for the space, and raise any questions or concerns.

WHEN: Tuesday, November 28th

TIME: 6:00 p.m.

WHERE: Eastsider – 1732 E. North Ave.
