UWM Voter Registration Request

This request to neighbors comes from the UWM Student Association:

Hello,

My name is Brandi Hernandez and I am currently a student at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. I am also a member of the Student Association and we are currently working on a couple projects regarding the upcoming elections. All of the members on the Student Association executive board are SRDs (Special Registration Deputies) and have been registering students the last month and will continue up until the last day to register which is October 19th. We ordered about 40 yard signs that will help inform students and community members when we registering are people. One of the ideas we had was to place a majority of these signs out in the neighborhoods so that students and community members know that there is a place on campus they can go to for questions or to register to vote.
