REMINDER: City’s Project Clean & Green is this week!
PROJECT CLEAN & GREEN is a city-wide program designed to foster neighborhood pride and ownership through coordinated clean-up. Project Clean & Green on the East Side starts this week May 17-May 21. On your normal garbage day, City collection crews will collect up to six (6) cubic yards per dwelling unit of unwanted furniture, mattresses, or household items and garden/yard debris in paper yard waste bags.

We have a few updates for you: A new Chemistry Building is planned to begin construction at UWM in September 2021 on Kenwood Boulevard on the location of the grassy field between the Physics Building and the Kenwood IRC. City of Milwaukee Dockless Scooter Pilot Study Public Survey The City of Milwaukee Department of Public Works (DPW) is gathering public input through a survey on its Dockless Scooter Pilot Study. The purpose of the Dockless Scooter Pilot Study is to observe, solicit feedback on, and evaluate the effectiveness of dockless scooters in Milwaukee. The pilot will run through December 31, 2019, and this
